1. What information do we collect?

1.3 Financial information that BeatCraze Events collects is used to authorise payment and bill you for products and services. When you make a purchase on BeatCraze Events, your consent is given to provide your financial or personal information to those third parties necessary to process your transactions with us, such as credit card companies, banks and the companies that handle shipping on our behalf. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. 

Except as provided above, we will not share financial information with third parties without your prior consent.

We will use your Information in the ways described below and as described at the time that the Information is collected. 

2.1 To Provide the Services

In general, we use your Information as necessary or appropriate for our business purposes including to:

In addition, where you have provided us with the appropriate consents, we may also pass your Information to one or more of our group companies or other selected third parties for ticket generating purposes. 

However, we are fully committed to ensuring the rights and obligations set out in the Act and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 are respected.

We believe that advertising is more interesting to you when it is relevant. Accordingly, where you have consented for us to do so we may customise the advertisements that you see based upon: 

• the Information you voluntarily provide to us; 
• geographic location information, which we may determine from your mobile device, or other ways;

• your visits to our website or your use of our services (commonly referred to as "Behavioural Advertising"). 

Advertisers or other third parties using our website may also engage in Behavioural Advertising and use cookies and web beacons in the manner described above. We do not control these advertisers or other parties' use of cookies or web beacons or what they do with the information they collect.

You should be aware that we may release your personal information or financial information when we believe it is necessary to comply with laws or regulations, to assist law enforcement, to enforce the terms under which you transacted with Resident Advisor Tickets, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Resident Advisor Tickets, users of the Site or others.

Your Information may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. 3.6 You may opt out of any of BeatCraze Events' e-mail communications by unsubscribing to the email you receive in you inbox.

We also require those parties to whom we transfer personal information to comply with the same. However, unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. So, we cannot ensure the security of your Information transmitted by you to us via the internet. Any such transmission is at your own risk and you acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible for any unauthorised use, distribution, damage or destruction of your Information, except to the extent we are required to accept such responsibility by the Act. Once we have received your Information we will use security procedures and features to prevent unauthorised access to it.
